Due to the large volume of enquiries we are unable to supply samples free of charge, however, when
a trade account is established the initial one off sample cost will be deducted from your first
volume order. Minimum order quantity to obtain trade discount is 50 off of any item.
Invoicing
We operate a pro-forma invoicing system, therefore, all goods must be paid for prior to shipment.
IBAN and BACS systems are available for bank transfers, or payments can be made using PayPal with
credit/debit cards on request (a 2% surcharge is made for using this service).
Shipping
We endeavour to ship our goods within 3 to 7 days of receipt of purchase order and payment; however,
this may be extended due to carriage delays, weekends or holidays.
Where possible recycled outer cartons are utilized to try to save on waste and help towards a more
sustainable future.
